None of these elements exists in isolation, each incorporates elements of the other, as well as other considerations such as cyber security, personal values, and structures for calling out poor practice.

We are committed to innovating and improving across these societal challenges, within our organisations, and ensuring our members recognise the importance of these responsibilities alongside core professional competencies. As a self-regulated profession, we recognise the importance of public confidence that engineering is safe, sustainable, and inclusive to all in society.
