A Chartered Engineer and Chartered Scientist, she brings over 15 years’ experience in innovation leadership across advanced materials, manufacturing, and engineering. She combines deep technical expertise with a strong track record in R&D strategy, technology commercialisation, and product development. Rachael has led global partnerships and programmes from fundamental research through to industrialisation, driving operational excellence through lean and agile methods while advancing sustainable, high-impact innovation.
