Professor David Gann is an engineer with experience as board chair and executive and non-executive board member in a range of engineering, science, technology and infrastructure industries. He was previously Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Oxford. He has extensive international experience in technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and managing major projects. His capabilities include being creative and insightful in stimulating opportunities and helping others realise them to develop and build new businesses and institutions, with a particular focus on systems engineering.
