Nicola Johnson FREng

Nicola Johnson is a recognised expert in the European energy industry with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects, developing legislation changes, and safety, asset and risk management. She was Chief Engineer at E.ON UK and has created two quantitative engineering risk management processes, both of which were adopted internationally. She led the introduction of gas-turbine risk management standards during outages that prevented many in-service failures. Nicola mentors engineers entering the profession, chairs interview panels for the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and is Vice-Chair of the Engineering and Manufacturing Route Panel for Skills England.
