Currently Chief Executive Officer at British Pipeline Agency, he is accountable for critical national infrastructure. He has delivered complex engineering projects and is a recognised expert in energy systems. John is an award-winning author of multiple books on the energy transition. As a former recipient of the Academy’s Young Engineer of the Year award, he continues to support the Academy’s work as a Visiting Professor and supporter of the Engineering Leaders Scholarship programme.
