Sainsbury Management Fellowships (SMF) enable high-performing engineers who are still at an early stage of their career to undertake an MBA programme at one of 14 top international Business Schools. £50,000 each is made available to around 10 engineers each year to put towards the cost of undertaking an MBA. Each engineer will have around 4 – 10 years work experience and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continue to support UK engineering and business. By combining an engineering and top quality business education the SMF programme aims to create UK business leaders. Each awardee will be asked to join the Engineers in Business Fellowship, the network of Sainsbury Management Fellows which now boasts a membership of over 350. Awardees will also be part of the wider Royal Academy of Engineering community. Read more: Sainsbury Management Fellowships
